Word on our side of the house is the Eagle MEC got taken by management and you guys are back to square one.

Hate to say it, but we've all been telling you that you can't play nice and trust AMR without getting burned.

Is your MEC still going to help management get concessions and then divest your jobs?

Why do you guys keep them in office? If you don't take action, it will be too late.... you guys will be the new Mesa.

At this point you're so screwed, you really need to either work with us towards one list, or get hold of Parker and arrange a TA with them. You need some bargaining power, and right now all you've got is an MEC that management has beaten into Stockholm syndrome.

We're going to get hosed too, but at least ours is a vast improvement from the term sheet.... Yours went back to square one because they know you have no other choice.
They didn't get hosed. This is a tactic by management to get us to approve this up and coming TA that the MEC has been working on. I guess AMR figures by giving us a real piece of crap that we'll be inclined to vote for the latest proposal.
Well guess what, it's not working. I'm a big NO vote. This is not AA, not many people plan to retire from here so let them get the judge to impose terms. I say we call the bluff cause I don't believe they'll do it!

Not a chance in hell I would vote yes for anything that even remotely resembles the term sheet. No way I'm going to sign myself (or anyone else for that matter) up for 8 years of this BS.

How is it that we are supposedly profitable and taking concessions while American is losing money and receiving 2% or more raises (if the pilots vote yes)? The way this company operates is a joke to say the least!

Does anyone have any specifics on what's being offered?

When would Eagle have to go before the judge?

Does anyone know how we would end up under American's umbrella?

As in if ALPA & APA said we want one list is that enough or can only management make that call?

And what that jackass Horton has to say about Eagle's future if AA remains independent.

Hey be nice to your boss he is under extreme pressure while reorganizing the company! And by that I mean raping the employees and shedding a few leases!
