AMR has an option on 28 Q's, but needs to figure out the pay part. The sim included, and set to be done at Eagle. You heard it here first, give it a week and it may actually work out to be truth!

Hey man, I'll see believe it when we are sitting in the airplane. Not cool about you mentioning 28 since that's the same number that the Colgan guys are loosing! Hope you are not trolling, and you mean that AMR is buying new Q400's and not acquiring the ones from Colgan. They are adding a pay scale unto 74 seats on the prop side, and one wold hope that Eagle wouldn't shrink. I don't think many it would be good at all for a lot of our guys at the button of the list to hit the street in the next few months with things at Pinnacle. A lot of the new guys have lower times that those at Pinnacle!

If true it wouldn't be the Colgan Q's since it has all ready been published that they will be flown by another United express operator.

Here's another question I was wondering last night. How many seats does the Q have when first class is installed? Would AMR be able to replace the ATR on the current scope rules if they add first class and get it down to 60 something seats?

Just was aware of an option AMR was offered for 28 Qs and 2 sims. AMR is looking at it for Eagle as that is the way the purchase would be structured. Not trolling, just what it is, will know here by Friday afternoon. If it goes through, just remember you heard it right here first.

Well if it doesn't fall within current AA scope there's no way they can announce an order. AA stuff won't be figured out till June 6 at the earliest.
