I would not go that far. The 9E MEC has lost the trust and respect of its pilot group. 5+ years of negotiation and all you guys put out there is a half assed TA that not even the entire MEC voted in favor of. How else do you expect your pilots to feel? Most regionals have been getting raises and/or being paid more than 9E guys to do the same work.
And don't blame it on management.....I don't know of any management gourps out there that look forward to giving everyone raises.

You forgot Skywest. You know they LOVE to give out small raises to keep the unions away.
