Pinnacle/Colgan/Mesaba TA Countdown

When the overwhelming majority of a 1249 member pilot group is as frustrated as the pncl group is, perhaps those from the outside should consider that there may actually be a valid reason instead of assuming this collection of pilots happen to all be childish with bad attitudes.
There has to be some changes at pncl.

I understand the 9E frustration, I have been here a while and have many 9E friends.

How long have you been in this industry? I've lost count on what number contract we are on. When you see these tactics over and over again, and you still see successful outcomes over and over again despite all the doom and gloom predictions, you tend to put faith in a proven negotiating team.
But what can I say misery loves company.

I know the XJ guys have faced more direct hardships (furloughs, downsizing, etc.). The 9E guys have faced more false expectations. I think that's the root of the differences our pilot group's have at this moment in the process...

Once again, when you proposed "actionable items" what does the rest of the group say...."you can't do that, you can't do this, bla bla bla." Nicholasblonde you have a common sense approach that doesn't mesh with the PU$$Y-footing politicians that run the mec. They need to wake up and follow in line with what other carriers have done to force a fair contract.
