It continues to amaze and humor me how incredibly naive some are!
The F9 pilot group has been kicked in the teeth by the IBT and the native RAH pilots. Your windfall in the SLI is a career ending proposition for a large percentage of the Frontier pilots. The gains you made were at the expense of current F9 pilots. You are stealing my career (or attempting to - I haven't given up the fight).
You are confused why the F9 pilot group would not want to stand with you?? You just got done kicking them in the nuts! (Ohhhh, but I can clearly see that you deserve a better QOL - here, let me give you my job while I go look for another).
Give me a break!

So after 4 months since Integration, we are still ****ing on each other's shoes. Wow guy's.., seems to me we'd all have better things to do with our time. Being on the RAH side of the fence, I'm just trying to make the best life I can for me and my family. I've had ZERO control of ANY event starting with the F9 purchase to integration.
You know being a 47 yr old grandfather of five, you just wanna say to folks, can't we just get along for god's sake guys? There's nothing we can do about this, so get over it, get on with your lives.
To each his own I guess, I'll still smile and shake your hand so long as I get the same in return. Maybe someday..,

Since having the IBT foisted upon us we have had NO attempt by the IBT leadership to welcome us or address our concerns. Exactly the opposite actually.
This is a zero sum game, or worse, so your gain is necessarily our loss - and vice versa (11/08/11 may be interesting). You should expect us to resist. The IBT walked up and hit us in the nose and is surprised that we are fighting back.
