Just out of curiosity, which airline do you work for? We're running into the same problem at piedmont and we thought it was just our fsdo not honoring that exemption but they tell us it's all fsdo's. I hear a rumor about getting an exemption for the xc pic time but not the 250pic requirement.

SIC time is 2/1 for time. FWIW when I got my ATP with 1600TT (at a flight school) the examiner went through EVERY page of my log book and added times til he saw I met ALL the requirememnts. Amazing waste of time. Good Luck

I hate that this differs from FSDO to FSDO or POI to POI. Our most recent interp has been that you can use the SIC time to gain what you need for the ATP but you cannot log it in your book as PIC/XC/etc.
Good luck wherever you are.
