True, however, there will be thousands ahead that have tons of TPIC. Airlines today realize that the industry has stagnated, and they are giving credit for higher time FOs with SIC only and 0 TPIC. Jetblue, Spirit, and Virgin America have been known to hire FOs. CrakPipeOverheat, you could give those three a shot.
I have apps in but no ATP. Maybe that's why I'm not getting called. The thing is, I don't think I would end my career at any of those three carriers. It would just be a nicer place to wait things out for me. I would be more comfortable ending my career there if I had to over a regional. Thanks for the advice guys. Ultimately, I guess I will have to make a tough decision about chasing an upgrade. I think the bigger risk is taking the new job with the slave labor schedule for the no guarantee upgrade than just staying at Pinnacle. This decision will come down to the final hour.

Also, stop picking on ShyGuy.

People said the same thing about Southwest and Fedex 10 years ago... Now most pilots would give anything to end their career at those places

And vise versa with some of the good airlines of the past. I hope Pinnacle becomes the next Southwest.
