So, mr sensitive, the question still remains, how much money did we pi$$ away on your little suare? The company is trying to save money any way they can, yet they are showering money on useless crap like this? Ever use a telephone? If all you are offering is useless platitudes, save it.

Tear you down? This is what we get from our leadership if we ask questions -- attacks.

an evening party or social gathering, especially one held for a particular purpose: a musical soiree
I'm guessing this was the word you were trying to use....

Love the public bickering. How professional. joe, glad you're a lifer, one less person I have to compete with for my next job wherever that may be. Hope this place survives and gets better. For more than 5 but less than 6 years I've had three stripes on my shoulders... they stand for "I Don't Care." This company, while there are worse places out there, has treated me like crap along with most other pilots. I just don't care anymore. I come to work prepared and give 110% towards safely and compliantly carrying out my job and associated duties. That's it. I'm biding my time until I can GTFO.
I commuted in last week next to a UAL mainline guy talking about their troubles etc... He asked how long we'd been in negotiations and after I told him, he asked "aren't you mad!?" "You guys getting ready for a strike vote?" I said nope, we aren't and I'm not ****ed. I just don't care. I don't believe for a second we'll see a TA within the next year or an integrated list with fences down within 2. I don't believe for a second I'll still be here in 2 years (whether I'm at another airline or out of the industry all together) so I just don't care. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in my sentiment.
I just don't care about these negotiations or contract. I've been taught repeatedly by this company, ALPA, and United to expect absolutely nothing and if something good happens... well then yay!
(P.S. I'm CRJ side)

If any barriers existed between the groups I believe they were torn down this week. Maybe not entirely but it was a good first step in opening the lines of communication between the groups and being unified on not allowing management to play us against each other.
I don't know what the final bill was, but this burned out guy found the meeting to be potentially invaluable down the road. My two pennies.

Don't give a F anymore. It is what it is, I show up, fly my 22 leg 4 day and go home. When someone calls me with a better job, I'll be gone!
