EGL TA Ratified

I'm sure they also realize not everyone realistically plans to 'blow' all their PTO time on a big get-away. It would suck to come back, break both legs in a car crash, and then have no sick/PTO left. For those who have lots saved, it might mean an extra week or so of VAC.
There is a one time reduction of 21hrs contribution to the PTO for 2013, though. Don't know if that applies to a certain seniority, but that right there is a hit.

I cannot quote it, and even so, there'd be nothing I could do about it now. I'm not the only one in this boat. The company would be flirting with a heavy sick-out during the holidays if they f'd with this. I'm pretty sure this was not even on the table.

Section 8: Personal Time Off -- Sec II Paragraph A.2
'Upon implementation, all hours in a pilot's regular sick bank will be deposited into the pilot's PTO bank.'

I think its funny that so many people claime they will fly a cessna 172 if it paid well. Well here you go, we have pay banding.
Career progression in equipment, not pay and QOL. But with almost no multi engine, turbine or transport cat I had to move.

I remember those a wholes would make you stop by the office, pull out the stupid 'book' to record your sick call, and have a round table meeting if you had 4 in a year. Complete nonsense. It's YOUR time, use it or lose it

I'm sure that had nothing to do with the intimidation from the Chief Pilots office
