And the 190 operation is a small fraction of the fleet. If you ignore the 190s, ignore the Q400, the Republic certificate is still the biggest by a good margin. In any event, I may be biased, but no way Shuttle is the last brand to survive at Republic Holdings.

Oh, and the CHQ restructuring is largely complete. There is no separation taking place, nor was that part of the plan.
Chq can still be shut down by being rolled into the shuttle america . The clause on Delta TA is a clue that is the intention for the compaany. Now that AMR is going to release the scope there is no need for a different certificate for the 50 seaters

I have always thought that Repubic had 2 yr training contract but your post says there are no training contracts on these 2 airframes.

Can you pls elaborate more......

Also, can someone pls comment of Republic is hard set on 1200/200 or are they flexible with TT.

What is there to elaborate? Everyone wants the 170 so they dropped it to get people to take the other 2, I am guessing.

The company has been shifting money back and forth amount the business units. We started with a traditional CPA with our own certificate, F9, then we modified it to a pro-rate agreement. Under that agreement profit was shifted to F9 with cost shifted to RAH. We paid down massive amounts of debt, early, took 150M in goodwill impairment charges etc. All have the benefit of suppressing results during negotiations. But they are all indirect indicators. The company said multiple times that they needed to restructure F9 to keep Holdings out of bankruptcy. They also said they needed to restructure Chq to keep us out of bankruptcy (this year). Now they've said about 4 times that if we get a new CBA with vacancies awarded by seniority, and standard work rules, we'll be in bankruptcy in 3 months. That statement was made by Wayne Heller a few weeks ago.

Plus our advising team is "working" the Pinnacle bankruptcy. They are asserting vacancies, training cost and a few other things we're looking for as major contributatory factors in the Pinnacle case.

Finally, just look at our debt and our unrestricted cash. I'd prefer to get you the quotes but I'm really busy right now. None of this should be surprising, and should be public record data someplace.

I know they are flexible on the multi-time, you might be able to get an interview with 1000-1200 hrs but anything less is unlikely...

Republic has been hiring close to 50 a month and the amount of qualified pilots is slowly decreasing. Republic raised there mins to 1500 and then dropped them back to 1200 if that tells you anything.

On a side note, has anyone heard if the American CPAs have been extended?

I got a call w 1111 TT but have 490 multi turbine, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Interview next week. Not sure on the number of pilots out here with numbers in that range, but I attended a regional airline job fair in ATL in Sept and I think we might have had 20 pilots show up. The major airline fair the day before I heard they had 500.

20 showed up? Is this the shortage or no one has money to travel to a job fair?
