Exactly.. As a junior CA I am still 3+ years away at max metered flow rate 20/mo which is unlikely to stay steady.. It never does.. A middle of the pack FO is looking at forever.. Like 5-10 years if he's extremely lucky.. Best case scenario.

No benefit in that..

The metering will change from 20 to no less than 30 I was told.

I still think there is more there for you guys if you play your cards right.

Exactly, and playing our cards right is another "no" vote.

I dont believe they have actually gotten a specific proposal. Simply discussion with management folks about what each party wants. I get the feeling the meetings are more of a "sizing up" of each other - simply putting out what each side wants.

But you are correct - anything they propose will have a hefty price tag on it.

Proposal coming on Wednesday. MEC has a meeting starting tomorrow and Pedro will chime in on Wednesday with managements' demands.

You're talking about the December 17-19th meetings? I wonder if and when we, the lowly pilots, will hear what it contains. I assume typical NDAs will be signed.

Considering this MEC is way better than the last one, I think we might get some communication by the end of the week.

So meetings are taking place but there is dead silence. What's going on with any new proposals?
