19 Air Mekong pilots will be returning state-side, several will likely not be returning to xjet.

This summer is still going to be a disaster, staffing wise. I'm expecting SkyWest Inc. to cancel more flying on the DAL side than anything else. Watch them protect the AA stuff and make that the priority. With DAL trying to cut our rates, and SkyWest needing an "out", I bet new AA flying becomes the priority, and sound performance there sets us up for the growth. If DAL won't pay the bills, maybe AA will?

I know at least one that isn't for sure- just got hired on at Atlas. As for many of the others- I'm betting several of them chase after more expat work in the orient.

Yup I heard they are done. They were looking for airbus aircraft to replace the RJs as their last option. However, their CFO got put jail for embezzlement charges, so that put the kabosh on plan B..

Just to be clear, Skywest Inc signed a contract with DAL that requires a rate reset in 2015 for both Skywest and ExpressJet operated Delta flights. This rate reset requires Skywest Inc to be the 2nd cheapest DCI operator. So it isn't that Delta is trying to cut Skywest Inc rates. It's that Skywest Inc management agreed to a rate reset in order to secure flying. This info is available in the latest Skywest 10-K.

I know you guys think Delta is the be all and end all, but fortunately for you guys, you never get the receiving end of their shady dealings. But enjoy that profit sharing check.

Don't know for sure, but I wouldn't think it'd be long before the next class after that. We're losing people pretty consistently now and I can't see it being any less than this [current attrition pace] for the foreseeable future
