Much like you and your co-workers bent over and took it without lube from your management and voted in drastic concessions?
If we go down, it will at least be with a fight.
You're bitter about SkyWest Inc. grabbing Eagle feed. Get over it dude. Go back to your Eagle threads and salivate over the thought of flying a shiny new 70 seater for pennies on the dollar, while our pilot groups try to make chicken soup out of the chicken sh*t yours and pinnacles pilot groups served the rest of the stuggling regional industry.

As for L-XJT negotiating rates - That's what any management team would do under this situation. We have a ton of 50-seaters; why not try to negotiate additional flying. We recently received a union e-mail stating the following:
"At this time, however, we have agreed with the Company that further direct discussions on Compensation and Scheduling would not be productive and have decided to move ahead with mediation. We expect that mediation will take place in mid-February. Next week, we will communicate more details on mediation and what we can expect as we move toward the end of the new equipment process."
What that tells me is L XJT is fighting for either the same or better compensation for the dual-class RJs. Nobody is trying to whipsaw.

Tony I'd like to see hard evidence of your claim that we are the most expensive DCI operator. Not calling BS, just want to see something to back up that claim.

Oh, please enlighten me - Just how long does one have to be in this industry or at the helm of a mighty jet in 121 aviator-land before their opinion can be acknowledged and taken "seriously" by such highly esteemed and professional individuals like the ones found on this prestigious anonymous Internet forum? Just how many hours swinging gear will it take before my thoughts and opinions can be "validated"? LOL.
The funny thing is, the underlying theme of several of my recent posts is that NOBODY has a crystal ball, and NOBODY knows what's going to happen. So, thanks for agreeing with me!

Are you serious? All you have to do is research the contracts on the main section of this site. Yes, I understand that "pay rates aren't the whole picture", but at the regionals where everything except labor and maintenance is reimbursed, it's a big part of the picture.
