Probably because INC already knows that it will be going to Skywest but it is odd for him to come out and make a statement without United announcing it. If I recall, don't they usually say oh well we didn't get the flying after the mainline carrier announces who won the bid? Also, I thought for some reason the L-XJT had some rights of refusal for replacement aircraft.

The only thing we know for sure is that they're not going to ExpressJet, and Nevets has been talking out his anus, as usual.
I can't believe you really are this dense. These 30 aircraft going to whoever they go to does NOT mean that XJT wont get to replace THEIR 50 seaters with larger RJs. What is it you don't understand about that?

Blah, blah, blah. I've been telling you for a year that you have no idea what back room deal SkyWest Inc signed with United, and you keep parroting about "your" "First Right Of Refusal". Well now it seems "your" 70 seat opportunities are going elsewhere, yet your EMBs are still expiring. This is a big order. Do you really believe UAL will turn around next week and order 30 more for you? Please. This is it. You missed the boat.

The only good thing to come out of this, is maybe management's gross incompetence in losing this bid will cause them to miss the 1 year deadline to place 70 seat aircraft at XJT, and thus negate your massively concessionary arbitration award. I was certain that these planes were going to L-XJT. I'm shocked they're not, and now, it's anybody's ball game... except yours.

More dense than I thought. Inc still has the first right of refusal. These aircraft are not replacing XJT's 145s. BH mentioned on the conference call that 14 145 leases had expired an were extended. Replacement sometime next year. UAL's order for these 30 aircraft included 40 options. UAL's scope allows up to 153 76 seaters starting Jan 1. You honestly believe UAL will stop with 30? Come on, you can't possibly be this dense! Really, was is it about any of this that doesn't make sense to you?

Anyway, the deadline can always be extended.

Name calling doesn't validate the inaccurate and outdated propaganda your MEC is giving you to spread. Now just go ahead and repeat the same crap you've been spewing over and over. I'm sure if you say it enough times someone will believe you.

You are the one who references me in every other post lately. Anyway, I'm not referencing anything they have said ever said to me. Everything I've said about his is public knowledge.

Let me say it one more time for you, just because some other regional is getting these 30 aircraft does not null and void Inc's first right of refusal on replacing XJT's aircraft. Is that so hard to understand?

Assuming it really exists, which I strongly doubt... why don't you offer proof of your claims instead of just repeating yourself over and over. (This should be interesting). Time to put up or shut up, Nevets. Show us your research.

I think they're going to be placed at Silver Airways! Hey, we are the "Regional Airline of the Year"!! Insert sarcasm here!

Assuming what really exists? I didn't know there was anything to prove existing so I don't know what you are eluding to. Please be more specific.
