That's true I can't even count the amount of times I've seen a sharply dressed regional pilot pulled to the side in the terminal and offered a job at the major of his choice on the spot.

I will say after years of flying part.135 and fractional the guys and gals at Net Jets and Flex Jets sure dress nicer after they got paid a decent salary and the company paid for clothing. Of course people will wear uniforms that should probably be thrown out if they are paying for it out of their own pockets.. If the company can't afford to pay for the uniform initially and replacing them after a couple years than they probably shouldn't be around!

This thread is ridiculous. You really started a thread to bash on underpaid regional pilots........... you tell em' big guy! I'm sure they'll listen! Even better, tell them in person rather then this anonymous message board!!! Yay narcissism you dbags

Great idea! I'll start wearing $6,000 Italian suits then maybe someone will mistake me for an airline exec and give me tens of millions in unearned bonuses.
