That's what they say.

I know people with multiple DUI's, 709's, 4+ (6 in one case) primary ck failures, fresh 121 failures, and fired from EJet who have been hired. Not to mention a few of those guys who you always thought they have no business flying airplanes and that somehow the aviation gods would keep them out. All hired in the last year.

That math doesn't tell the whole story. It seems like you probably have a few hundred captain qualifiable FOs that haven't made the jump yet. I wouldn't anticipate a continued rapid decease in upgrade times.

I wouldn't expect a continued rapid death in upgrade times either, looks like they keep coming and that quick upgrade will happen for at least a little longer.

there is no math and those numbers are straight off standing bid at Mesa. Most guys are highly experienced and will have no issues meeting the 1000 121hrs for their upgrade slot.

Yay. FB is back defaming Mesa with crazy BS. Seriously mods, why do you allow this? These are publicly viewable posts about people in safety sensitive positions.

You guys have a 48 year old Colombian national, with a green card, in training there - well not sure if he is still there. After being hired over the phone with 4 questions, he flunked out of training, even after multiple extra sim sessions. He was then sent by Mesa to an "RJ course", which he also flunked. Then he went back to Mesa for more training. Yeah - You guys have some real winners there!
