I'm not arguing that statement. I'm just saying, if number 600ish is upgrading in a pilot group of 840, that means there are PLENTY of people ahead of him that haven't upgraded yet...unless you only have 200 FOs on property. Yes, for those hired in the last 6 months to a year, it's going to be good timing. For those coming on now, I'm just warning you that the 1.5 year upgrade is probably not going to last. It's unsustainable.

How do I configure me spam folder to make sure the Mesa job offer/interview makes it to my inbox? I'm sure gmail is flagging it as spam since so many people have been cold messaged with a class date.

You guys have a 48 year old Colombian national, with a green card, in training there - well not sure if he is still there. After being hired over the phone with 4 questions, he flunked out of training, even after multiple extra sim sessions. He was then sent by Mesa to an "RJ course", which he also flunked. Then he went back to Mesa for more training. Yeah - You guys have some real winners there!
Disclosure: have a class date with Mesa and 2 others. Not decided yet.

It's not. Go to the training center. Talk to the FOs. They're no different than any other regional. I've met some awesome pilots with pretty amazing experiences at Mesa. The successful ones will rise to top, become captains and move on. Others will fill the right seat for a while and get left behind. It's how airlines work.
My class and those before/after had hires sent home for sim failures, logbook problems, background issues - the normal stuff. New hires have even been sent home after a poor AQP performance. Mesa, like any other 121 airline operating in the US, has to be safety focused. Everything rides on this. The FAA monitors, crews, training, pilot records, etc. The second things get dangerous, it's over.
If anyone out there is thinking about coming to Mesa, consider whether you're willing to accept the pay. Ask a Mesa pilot about the contract, schedules, morale, crews. They'll tell you the truth. While you're at it, also ask them about the stuff you read here in APC bizarro world. You'll probably get a blank stare. Never, outside of this forum, have I had a discussion with another Mesa pilot about the claims made by trolls on this site. Do some pilots have shoddy backgrounds? Probably. This is the regionals; there are some second-rate folks out there. But to dwell on the laser focus this site brings to the questionable 1% is a waste of energy.

They must have done something to you, what is it? You spend so much time and energy bashing them, it's unreal! Where do you find all this time and energy? Who do you fly for if I may ask?
