One washed out because of trouble with the Non-Precision approach. They have hime one extra sim and then told him to leave. Not sure about the other one. They both came from a single engine background.

The guy that left after IOE did because he claimed to have captains tell him to go somewhere else with a brighter future.

-We are a privately held company, no one but the 6 awesome, fun loving, best brah's eva, jabronis, that actually own this place know if will be around in 2015,2017,2020,3454(go go mars overnight(so what if the 200 can't get to 310, how much further can mars actually be?)). So understand that it is a calculated risk.

-That being said, best regional left, the closet one really isn't that close when you run all the numbers.

(year 2, 15-17 off a month, 50k, top insurance in the industary (inculding majors), free cheese balls during training, no one else can do that, once again grain on salt the next few year are currently shaky at best)

P.P.S - def not an awac fap-a-thon, coming here after the delta corn-hole-e-o is 100% a calculated risk, but if the doors will stay open for a few years it is 100% the best place to be. Just my opinion, but 70% of the time im right all the time. Stay classy APC

Right??? That's what they all say until backed into a corner. Most recent example is the Eagle/Envoy vote. Seems the majority on Internet forums such as this as amendmently proclaim to have "a spine" then the vote comes out. I really doubt Air Wisconsin has a special formula for only hiring people with spines.

They got washed out is probably because their instructors suck at teaching the sim...I am prior 121 and thought their training program was cramming too many things into 8 sim and instructors don't know to run the sim efficiently to get all the boxes checked for that sim session...

One analogy I can give you is like this: back in primary training, you had your pick of instructors. Your CFI will sit right seat but his mind is wondering if Awac/Skywest/etc has looked at his app, we all know you wont get good training out of this guy. Now you have 2 fresh CFI sitting up front of a CRJ sim with a douch in the back who is supposed to be teaching and running the sim but his mind is wondering "why hasn't Delta/United/AA called me?" And probably bitter about how some people he deems less qualified than him getting calls. With the same reasoning, those 2 new hires wont get good training except now they don't get to pick their instructors, 121 failure record will follow them around..etc
