You do realize one of the reasons a Delta had to give this longevity payment to keep people there was because of them having them go bankrupt 2 years ago to get out of their new CBA don't you? You really think they will be allowed to declare bancrupcy twice in less than 6 years solely to get rid of that payment??
Certainly not solely to get rid of the payment. Do you really think they won't file again? Do some research on that one..will 'ya please?
You seem keen on creating a false impression that I have never been through a bankruptcy. I have had jobs where I had the obvious displeasure of watching my terms and conditions erode before my very eyes. I have been close to dozens who lost their homes because of this evil management ploy.
