Bonuses are income and while more is withheld, you're still only taxed at your bracket. You'll get it back in April

Educate yourself before spouting out innacurate information. http://blog.turbotax.intuit.com/2011/12/09/bonus-time-how-bonuses-are-taxed-and-treated-by-the-irs/

Do you seriously not know that more is just withheld but not taxed or are you trolling?

RAH Executives Dumping Their Stock.
Out of curiosity, I went to a financial website and checked to see if top RAH executives have been buying or selling RAH stock.

The answer??? They're dumping it!

RJET's insider trading transactions, planned sales - MSN Money

It appears that, in their required SEC filings, all of the top RAH brass have been SELLING their RAH stock. In fact, it appears that over the past year, NOT ONE RAH EXECUTIVE HAS PURCHASED RAH STOCK.

Rather, it appears that they are taking their stock options and stocks on hand and cashing them in,..... some at the rate of multi-millions of dollars at a time.

If I were a corporate executive and I had faith in profitability and viability of my company, I'd be BUYING the stock,....... not dumping it.

New hires beware.

Consistent with past practice, and by way of clarification, the Company may continue to offer incentives including but not limited to signing bonus, candidate transitional training, and stipends to new hire pilot candidates, new hire trainees, and/or recruits, before or during new hire training.

The real concern with this paragraph is "candidate transitional training, and stipends to new hire pilot candidates,"

RAH is in the works to buy a flight school, this will allow them to pay for training and give these "candidates" a monthly allowance. All while circumventing the scope and compensation sections of the contract.

Guess you guys are smarter then I thought.

Quote: One side note.

This is NOT a TA.

This is an offer by management. Even the previously TA'd articles that were included in this "offer" have been modified.

BIG FAT NO!!
So then how does this all play out. Do pilots get a vote or what?

I like that they recognize Super Bowl Sunday as a paid holiday in the TA!
