Unfortunately some just aren't good enough to go to a legacy (or even Allegiant), so they will continue to be a regional lifer. Republic has had 20+ year captains leave, and yes they were over 45 years old.

Apparently republic is going after signing bonuses for people that left before 2 years. I left at 13 months, hired in August of 14. Just recently got a letter asking for part of signing bonus back. Anyone else encounter that or know anyone else?
