Sounds like BB is bailing, so we may get a industry leading TA, but I expect we will see bankruptcy with 12 months. No way they staff this place.

Companies like to tout employee engagement when they have nothing else to offer. When you can't compete on pay, benefits, flow, signing bonuses etc.. what's left?

Now granted, if the Republic did something like allow part time airline pilots, I would be all over it. Has Republic released the details of the employee survey?

They also said 22 articles have been agreed to. By my count, only 19 were finalized as of friday with no meetings over the weekend.

Wow, unbelievable. 8 years of contract negotiations is ridiculous and in no way is the company bargaining in good faith. But hey it's capitalism, pilots keep signing up to fly so what's one to do.
