I no longer have a dog in this fight, but I do keep in touch with a few RAH pilots. I hope my brothers and sisters at RAH ignore the company's divisive tactics, and hold out for a good contract.

How many dumb CFI's who cant get hired anywhere else (that like the east coast) and are infected with 175 disease is Republic finding every month these days?

Losing 30-35 per month, hiring 25-30 per month. It's a slow net loss of pilots consistently.

Who in there mind would honestly go there in those conditions??? I know of two people that got hired but after learning about the company changed there minds.

Unless you live right in one of there bases I don't know why you'd go. Living in bases is also stretching it unless you're living with mommy and daddy.
