Hope you get a taste of what you seem to be advocating for RAH . Just a taste, to bring you to your senses.
I no longer have a dog in this fight, but I do keep in touch with a few RAH pilots. I hope my brothers and sisters at RAH ignore the company's divisive tactics, and hold out for a good contract.

Bless God (for he has to watch Bedford and his flunkies. )

Republic has the money to give Skywest +15%, but I bet they get +5%. Plenty of money at RAH (4th most profitable airline).

How many pilots does Republic lose each month and how many new hires?

Losing 30-35 per month, hiring 25-30 per month. It's a slow net loss of pilots consistently.

Who in there mind would honestly go there in those conditions??? I know of two people that got hired but after learning about the company changed there minds.

Unless you live right in one of there bases I don't know why you'd go. Living in bases is also stretching it unless you're living with mommy and daddy.
