But once again, you had your chance, and you wasted it. Bye.

It was NEVER "one of the best contracts in the business".

The contract was horrible when it was signed. It did enable RAH to undercut other regionals and experience a lot of growth.

It was actually the first non-concessionary contract in the industry post 9/11.

Have you seen the FO payrates in the contract? I'm sure republic got all the 170s because they set the bar high. No way it was because of those horrible FO payrates. Sounds like some of those 170s may be going somewhere else.

Well 8 years ago it was pretty par for the course. This contract has been EXPIRED for 8 years, no kidding the rates aren't great.

Unless you've seen proof republic is selling 170's to someone else, all you're doing is stirring the pot. They can't be "assigned" to another airline, for the 100th time those airframes are owned by RAH...

Soon (before the end of July) you will find out what is going to happen. I wonder what code share BB will sell those shiny 170s to?

They DO keep saying that "something big is right around the corner."

I realize that selling them is another matter, but they've already "virtually parked" seven aircraft and management is NOT acting like they want a deal at the negotiating table.
