Not totally accurate, all articles are currently on the table. This was shared in last weeks update. Both sides are passing final proposals back and forth at this point.

Final proposals on the remaining items. The 19 TA'd articles are part of the final proposals but are no longer being negotiated.

Make all the predictions you want, they don't matter and hold no water. You are no longer at RAH, so of course you don't want there to be a new contract! That would make your lateral move to wherever seem pretty dumb. So make your predictions, tell us all some more of your theories about where our aircraft are going to and our fleet plan down the road. Your trying to create a self fulfilling prophecy.... And it's obvious.
I'll save this post for you, just in case your incredible powers of foresight turn out incorrect...

Any place is better then RAH, but I was lucky and made it to United. However yes I would have went to compass, or maybe PSA if I were a 2-3 year FO. Let me know when you get that contract.

If what you're saying is true and you're at United now, congrats, I guess your time at RAH paid off. And when it happens, I'll be sure to let you know.

Everybody has different perspectives but most often the people with negative experiences are the ones who post most frequently on the forums. I would have never left RAH for PSA or Compass as a 2-3 year FO. With that being said, I would have made more money there if I went there from the beginning but I could not see leaving good QOL to chase an upgrade. If TPIC was a hard requirement to leave the regionals I would have considered a street captain job at TSA, PSA or a quick upgrade at compass 6 months ago but that just isn't the case. AA, DAL, UA, JB, all the LCCs and now even FedEx has lifted their TPIC requirement. Obviously you will be more competitive with TPIC but it's not a must unless you are strictly targeting SW. I never had less than 14 days off the whole time I worked there except for the 3 months I was on reserve. It was a good experience for me and I enjoyed my time working there. I have several FO friends that made these lateral moves and all wished they would have stayed. No regional is anywhere near perfect and each one has a different set of problems but so many people think life will be so much better at the other regional.

That's impressive man... You made it on at United and yet you have zero posts on the anything related to us. Nothing at all, Just RAH. If you did make it on over here at what point do you begin to redirect your attention elsewhere?

Take your emotions out of it.
Its much easier to listen to the kumbaya camp. They'll question and personally attack everyone who has a negative opinion of RAH, while passing off their own fantasies as the truth. If that's your poison, so be it.

I was one of the guys, who held the opinion that RAH would not see a TA this year, when the camp was singing the "April 30th TA" song. Lifers at RAH will screw over anyone just to hang on to their cushy seniority and prolong this game, that's what management is counting on. Listen to them, dont listen to them, as a junior or yet-to-be FO at RAH, the choice is yours.
Im just sick of management taking advantage of us, and I only spent a little over 2 years at RAH. Things are about to get a lot worse.

lol, and before the management boot-lickers tell me I lie and Im just another AH/opinion, I will say it myself, I lie, I kid. . So, roll the dice....

These haven't been announced but apparently two asst chief pilots resigned their positions in the last month or two. One is leaving the company for a different regional, the other returned to the line, probably to get experience and get out. The previous chief pilot just left the company a few weeks ago.

These could been seen as indicators of the sentiment here, or maybe just career progression.

Jeremy S. is the new System Chief Pilot at Compass. It's been announced at Compass. He will be starting soon.
