you saying pdt has their own e145 sim, where?
these pilots in training that you say 25/20 for what aircraft the e145, where they going to do ioe? for that matter, where is the sim to be used?
all pdt has done is announce the base for the e145, as far as i know.
just as psa, your operation will su ck for the next five years. pdt, psa and envoy are not the prodigal children rather the bastards of aag.

New president and AAG is pumping cash. I too was an unbeliever. Not anymore.

What many fail to realize is that AAG is not AMR management. The american product from mainline to its subsidiaries are simply pawns on a chest board. This explains the shakeups of operators out of DFW and the shifting of flying and aircraft around their system.

hard not to make money when one third your flights are operated at cheap rates, your ticket prices just keep going up, you dont have meals anymore and the fuel has dropped almost 60%, you charge for everything. even parker and his cheap team could not not make money at aag.

Lol! We've got 22 in class now and more and more RAH pilots applying. Our instructors are typed and the sim is getting ready.'
There's no hard time. Another class of 20 is on its way.
You really think we are having a tough time. Just wait and see.
I forgot PSA had a hard time going from 25 Props😜

So you proved my point. Pilots in class for an aircraft that isn't even on property? And a sim that isn't "ready" yet. And a program that isn't certified yet. I am happy for PDT pilots that they have something to look forward to, but I see some serious headaches on the horizon, especially with the Feds breathing down your necks.

Good Luck, and I hope you guys get a new contract because you really deserve it after working for slave wages and a barbaric working contract for the last 7 or more years.

I don't know about the others, but I'd guess the story is similar.

Perhaps I'm not following you on this - but there is no way Envoy could stand up 30 175's in 90 days. The sim capacity isn't even there. If RAH's capacity opened up it create some capacity, but even with cutbacks they still need to hire and train all they can to not lose even more capacity. Heck, Envoy's initial cadre just finished training - they aren't close to being up to speed to stand up airframes faster than planned.
I don't know about the others, but I'd guess the story is similar.
