Why are people even arguing with this tool? He's a troll who literally created a debate in which nobody is on his side. He's also the only pilot out of the 10,000 plus at AA who devote any free time they have to arguing on a regional pilot forum. The guys got issues and I'm surprised he can maintain a medical.

Ah, another Eaglefly post.
Everything is wrong, nothing is right. It's the union and the spineless pilot's fault. You're all idiots or blind if you disagree.
Did I sum it up?
Can't read/refuse to read quotes due to ignore settings.

Desperately trying every day to sway anyone from ever coming to Envoy with thousands of posts about us (even though you don't work here). Of course you are doing this AFTER you have left and are safely at AA.. Also of course "you" would benefit personally from an AA feed demise as a current AA pilot if we all got shut down and lost our jobs.. right? ("Strengthen yourself at the downfall of others", right?) I know you never tried your best to harm your current employment or sabotage your ride to AA while you actually still worked here..
Someone MUST have done something to you here to make you want this place to fail so much (now that you have safely flowed through of course, and your livelihood doesn't depend on it anymore). Did an Eagle manager touch your pee pee in the back room or what? Did someone at Eagle molest you for all the years you were stuck here? What is your deal?
What is your obsession with constantly trying to harm everyone from your last job? Shouldn't you be focusing on AA now? Plenty of problems over there to argue over in the Major's forum.
I don't know why, according to you, anyone that actually works here and posts information about what is happening with is just a "salesman". Apparently we are all saying the same things.. It's not like people are trying to hide things. If people ask about what we do/don't like here, we tell them. If people ask about long upgrades and flow times, we tell them why and why that is changing..

This pay protection agreement is absolutely no different than Captain Qualified FOs. Actually, a much better solution to the same problem, imo.

You mean exactly like what you have been doing for months with your one man army scheme to try and destroy the livelihood of thousands of Envoy employee's under the BS guise of "the only one telling the truth"?

This is funny anyway. Nobody on here that actually works at the regionals agree's this is a bad thing..
One of the WORST things about this job is no transfer of experience for pay. This is a step in the right direction. How is a new hire CFI harmed by someone coming in beneath him with 4 years 121 experience at a higher rate? The guy is STILL junior to him in all aspects.. he just gets paid a little more. (as he should, due to experience). You hire an engineer fresh out of college at 60K/yr to start, then hire another guy 2 weeks later with 10yrs experience and pay him 100K/start. This is how it works everywhere else, and there is nothing unfair about it.
Raise the rates for everyone? Good luck getting Parker and Friends to do that right now.. they will just keep transferring things around and play the growth for upgrade recycle game some more before ever raising rates, even still if they did raise it, years of experience pay should STILL always transfer (at least somewhat) like pretty much every other specialized job out there in the world. So I would STILL support it. You should be compensated for time invested learning and working in your trade. Why should people have to start at year one pay all over again just due to the crappy nature of this industry if there is a better way?
AA still hasn't even approved it. It's just an idea at the MEC level and we don't even know the full details. Knowing this company and their leadership, it will likely never happen anyway.

What if I told you... Eaglefly is using quadruple bypass reverse psycholgy in an attempt to convince pilots that this is a bad thing, when he actually thinks it is a good thing...because if the pilots don't like it, then maybe management will actually support it...meaning he is actually on our side, so we should all pretend to agree with him, which will then convince managment to go ahead and give it the green light! I get it now !

Let me see if I have this correct. The future at Envoy is starting to look brighter. The flow is working. We are receiving new aircraft. We are actually starting to get new hires. And a guy who flies for AA can't stand it. So much so, he starts a new thread in the regional section, and digs up some "dirt" on the Envoy MEC. Answers multiple posts, i.e. spends a lot of time and effort in his endeavor.
When I graduated from high school I never went back. Does EagleFly still wear his varisity jacket?

He is definitely a bitter little man. The only logical thing I can come up with is that the flow took so long for him that he can't stand to see it work out better for anyone else. The only guy I ever flew with that was that disgruntled and mad at the world was Capt Gold. Fits eaglefly's personality to the T. I think I will start calling him Ron.
