If you go to your Default Bid, and click Submit Bids, you will see the seniority list for each base out as far as bases have been awarded. So if you're in the December folder, the completed list for November will be what's shown in there.
Alternatively, you can just go to the November 2019 Base Awards in Comply and find the junior person there and match it to the seniority list.
As of the November awards, the current junior person in DCA is a 1/22/19 hire.

Its not an open base so you wont see a list of pilots to compare yourself with (seniority) - feel free to DM me after the base awards come out and I will be happy to look at the awards for seniority In Louisville or Boston..

A combination of Comply and Flica will tell you who the junior entrants into each base are, and the seniority list on Comply will tell you their DoH.
