I think for a lot of pilots it's not a choice but a fact of life, no legacy carrier will look at them for many reasons, so the next step RAH, AE, etc.

We are still a long way from a contract, and then about a year or two after that for the Ch11. They (Mgmt) are following the Pinnacle playbook pretty close, so you might be right.

Didn't mgmt send you guys an offer to vote on about a week ago? I understand if you guys vote it down, but that's alot closer to deal than some other airlines currently in negotiations. I dont have any info outside what I see on this forum tho. Are they still looking at lower Cpt pay at the top and higher FO pay?

The good news is that RJET's CEO, COO and CFO own a lot of RJET stock, and they only seem to care about themselves and the other shareholders....also, RJET's EBITDA is well above that of other contract carriers, making BK even less likely.

No, we will not be voting on anything in the near future.

The company kept changing the LBFO... basically no longer making it a LBFO. So, no more vote happening. Supposedly the mediator agreed to sit down again to discuss what the actual LBFO is.

someone who gets it. It was not a swing at you all, was more an observation. Guys make stupid comments on here about Eagle, but you guy have a clear path lining up, I would not even be surprised if you end up purchasing us and someone else, then go ch11.

Why in God's name would BB purchase a heavily 50 seat operator? Unless he's thinking of retiring them in order to get the pilots, that makes no sense.

You just said it...pilots

We don't have any airplanes. So he will get around 3000 pilots.
