What was your total time at the end of the year..if you were picking up open time then thats you. If you live at the base then something else , i commute coast to coast. If that is not really bad over hesr you are either 20 years old single enjoying rhat pay, or you are a purdushbag.
Why am i here? Because i havent heard from anywhere i applied to. No tpic doesnt help.

Simple math tells us that in order to hit that target at 2nd year fo pay at skywest, you would have to credit 112hrs/month EVERY month of the year. Its possible I guess if you fly like crazy on your days off, but im guessing youre not going to.

I honestly feel that I deserved more pay as an FO but the bottom line is that I never whined or cried about it because I knew what the pay was before I signed up. I knew not every airline gets a new contract right when the old one expires. It has been taking a little longer than I expected but those are the risk you take. I chose to stick it out and enjoy life instead of being a miserable person and complain about everything that is not in my control. I think we are pretty close to getting a new contract this year and if you are going to complain about the current contract then you shouldn't have come here in the first place or should have left for somewhere else. Life is too short to be so negative, suck it up or gtfo.

Both, I just upgraded.

with all due respect , I think the recent upgrade got into your head. Since you upgraded recently, that means that you are very senior FO. That means that you were able to enjoy the benefits of that. while 180 of us hit the street for a year and half.
I agree with the people above, people that I work with is the reason I am able to keep some sanity here..
Then again, if you were not on reserve more than few months, if you never got furloughed, if you never commuted, if you are a CA now and enjoying the higher pay , that means you are few of the lucky ones.
That doesn't mean that a legitimate cry from a junior FO (well not so junior any more) should not be called unheard.
Also, 41K /month is pretty high for a member of Club 36.62. If you were holding 17 days off and assuming you collected 12 days of per diem at 1.65/hr that means about 3K / year on per diems. At 36.62 /hr times 1000 hours per year it still doesn't add up.
Lastly, thanks for the "I had mine don't care about yours" attitude.

I've always kept the same positive attitude and yes I enjoyed the benefits but I also paid my dues with no raise for years which gave me plenty of opportunities to complain but I didn't. Did you expect perfect QOL and to get paid what you're worth in the regionals? Did you think you could become an airline pilot and be based in your home town? You had to know you would be exploited before you took the job or you didn't do your homework. So why complain if you knew what you were getting into? This job isn't what it use to be and you're not going to get the respect you deserve until you fly for an airline with the company's name on the side of the plane (small print doesn't count). Do your time and move on to mainline or stand up for us regional pilots and wind up right back where you started years ago after your company shrinks and gets outbid. I wish mainline played favorites but they don't.
I blocked 1k last year and had a lot of months last year where I credited around 90 hours but only blocked around low 80s due to flying under block or deadheads. I worked mostly high time trips, some 3 days being over 21 hours credit.
