We have 5 left; i believe the flying will be done at the end of march. The DEN base is where most of the flying is hubbed.

What's first year monthly take home with family medical? I'm captain on an E175 in Canada but will be living in the U.S. commuting by car to the Canadian regional. The Canadian dollar has tanked so my take home is roughly $4000 USD per month and cost of health insurance in the U.S. will be about $1000 a month. I'm pretty much at the top pay level in Canada so my only pay increase will be from improving exchange rates.
I'd be commuting by air to a Republic base from BUF or driving to Toronto. I've been to a couple of job fairs and no bites from Frontier or Spirit.

Probably 3200-3500 before taxes. Add 15-20000usd in bonus depending on equipment.

Did the TA bring any changes to training pay or hotel conditions for new-hires?

New hires get $400/week for the first four weeks, then go onto min guarantee. Company paid uniforms and luggage (Luggageworks, but make sure you ask what you are getting and get the union involved if they try to give you anything else). Single-occupancy hotel rooms for training.

I'd say about $2800-3000/month first year after family medical, federal, state and local taxes and 401(k) deductions. This is exclusive of any signing bonus.

I don't know if the per diem is necessarily credited to those four weeks, but yes, you do get per diem as an initial trainee. My per diem for training was $879 gross.
