They've been trying to get unused sim slots when they pop up to help alleviate the bottleneck. They sent some people to Paris, but with the influx of companies flying 170's the sim time just isn't there. Couple that with all the new hires, people transitioning from the Q400 and 145, as well as upgrades, and you end up with this backup in training. It might sort itself out in the fall when most of the transfers are through, but at least it's a paid vacation with jumpseat abilities and maybe regular travel benefits for the new hires.

So after pitting employees against each other in 2015. Fooling pilots into voting yes on a substandard contract. Driving the company into a fake bankruptcy to steal as much money as possible. Giving myself and my team of crooks millions in bonuses. How do I put the cherry on top? Fire 250 associates in CMH and MCI and reap my millions the rest of this year. Please keep running the airline on time so I can get an even larger bonus. And continue to look after one another and our mainline partners guests.
God Bless.

PS,
It is purely coincidental we took Yammer offline at this difficult time

Its amazing how they can vote to file BK, and then complain that they are underpaid and overworked, because of the BK. And this judge is a joke, and just going thru the motions, they will get their bonus money. If this judge had a spine he would tell them, you can give yourselves anything you want. AFTER you leave BK !!!

Hello all,
I'm interested what you guys think about the E145 side of the business. Is it worth considering going into it? Contract is extended until 2021, but only a handful of aircraft are on property and only one base.
Sign on bonus is $15k
What's the upgrade time and time on reserve like?
Thanks for any help.
