You know it never hurts to talk. Arbitration is a different story. What was it Fergi told Cleary a few years ago?

Yeah, and we won on the merits. You seem to forget that part.

I'm enjoying watching you guys squirm. This will be good. Remember, USAPA is toast within 3 months, tops.

IMHO, the parties to the MOU should just follow the MOU. Anything beyond that, or less than that, and the parties risk being in breach of the MOU, which is even easier to prove than being in breach of a DFR.

Mocking looks a lot like squirming, to donation addicts, evidently.

Donate your bonus money and back pay to Ferggie, Koontz, and Marty.

If you send them a whole lot of money maybe they will give you a copy of at least one document that requires or allows the Nic to be used.... just one....

Well, I will just have to bow to your brilliance. You guys sure have us pegged!

Arrogance coupled with incompetence doesn't get you very far. I would wait until this is all over before I hoist my victory flag if I were you. Same goes for WD and Cacti. No one knows how this will play out. The only thing I do know is there is a lot more time left in this game.

Time to go ride my mountain bike, take advantage of the 70 degree weather here today. C ya.

Again we agree on something.

Perhaps you can help WD and CB with the one document they are looking for that requires anyone to use the Nic in favor to any other seniority regime preferred by the parties to the MOU...

Getting a pay raise and killing any injunction regarding SLI according to the MOU is the win.

Somehow I think you are smart enough not to send Ferrgie anymore money.

So, during the recall vote, the West could only scare up 700 pilots (<50%) to vote out their arch nemesis, Bradford? Small kudos for solidarity with a 98% vote to oust him, I guess. But based upon the voting results from the East bases, they could've gotten their way on every ballot item if they could have produced a turnout like they had for the MOU vote. Heck, even the East, which has no shortage of apathy, had respectable turn out for the recall.

Perhaps the west rank and file, with their valued contract boosted with respectable (relatively speaking) pay rates, have collectively put down their spears and arrows and gone back to living their lives? Might be a little tough to refill the AOL war chest this time...

Soon the historic Leonidas "300" might become an ironically accurate number describing the AOL ranks.

IMHO of course,
