Benefits of supplying your own iPad:
1) I can put whatever I want on it.
2) It's not monitored.
3) I don't have to carry two iPads, one for work and one for personal use.

I already had one prior to coming to Mesa, so I would prefer that they let me use my own.

Yes they do expect you in base the next day if you do not say otherwise. If you did not bid for the first few days off of the next bid then you can call crew line adj. and ask for a few days off. They give you 3-5 based on how far your move is. Usually it is just 3. HOWEVER, you will lose 3 hours (or maybe it was 3.9) of pay for each day you take from your min. guarantee as it is not days off, but rather days absent. Best to not take more then you absolutely need. We do not have move days in our contract so you lose pay when you ask for days off (absent) for a move.
