Not trying to divide, but the BL is the 190 is among the highest paid in the industry already. Even most 190 guys I see admit this is probably true.

It is. But the last TA rejected by Delta had the 190 almost 20 dollars an hour more than us. Around our current 320 rates. United is the same story. Assuming this. We need to match it.
