For you new hires with 2000 or 20,000 hours you got to get through training and get through IOE.
Don’t be the guy who shows up for IOE with a stack of PB’s unread, an EFB with multiple apps not updated, who hasn’t reviewed normals in the 6 week delay from the FTC to IOE or who can’t get through loading the box with out a significant amount of coaching.
That guy was real, don’t be that guy.
