Is 1200 hours going to be competitive for an fo slot in today’s environment?

Plane Sense pilots do get KCM as we are also pilots for Cobalt Air. Colbat Air is the 135 part of the operation so one leg is a Plane Sense Part 91/91K. The very next leg the same crew and aircraft are doing a Part 135 flight for Cobalt. However all flights use the call sign Chronos.

Am I reading that FO applicants below 1000TT have no shot at getting hired?

They just sold the last legacy PC-12 and have received their first new PC-12NGX. All new hires are trained on the PC-12NG only.
