Quote: I’m still a few weeks out from my interview and understand they send an email 2 weeks out with the required documents to bring. Do you mind sharing what we’re to bring so I can get a jump on it? Anything out of the ordinary?
This quote below was from an email I got almost three weeks out:

Quote:
Upon arrival to the Pilot Selection office, we will collect the items listed below. Do not staple/bind/tab any of your documents or place them in page protectors.
Completed Pilot Consent Form attached to this letter.

SET 1:
ALL original flight log books and military daily flight records (if applicable) detailing ALL flight hours, endorsements and evaluations. (Originals only)
If former military, ALL Forms DD214 (Member 4 or Service 2 copy) or active duty military orders if not discharged (One copy). Also includes DD214's covering all enlisted service (if applicable).
Enlisted Personnel Performance Reports or Evaluations for the period of enlisted service (if applicable).
College and university transcripts from ALL institutions attended. An official copy bearing a seal from the registrar’s office in an unopened envelope is preferred. An official emailed and printed version is acceptable if is sent directly to you. Please be prepared to show the email on request. Please do not have the email sent directly to Delta Pilot Selection.

SET 2:
ATP certificate (Original and one copy) or one copy of valid ATP written exam results if you do not have an ATP certificate.
FCC Radio Operator’s License (Original and one copy).
Pilot certificates and FAA First Class Medical (Originals and one copy).
Current driver’s license (Original and one copy - front and back).
Dual citizenship information (if applicable). Original and one copy.
Valid Passport - signed (Original and one copy of the information page).

If you are currently or were formerly flying in a military capacity, we also require these items depending upon the branch(es) of service for which you are/were flying:

Air Force

1. Form 942 (“Record of Evaluation”) (One copy).
2. ALL Form 8s (“Certificate of Aircrew Qualification”) (One copy).
3. USAF Aviation Record Management System “Flying History Report” (One copy).
4. Form 707 (“Officer Performance Report”) for ALL evaluation periods (One copy).

Army

1. “Officer Evaluation Report” for ALL evaluation periods (One copy).
2. Form 759 (“Individual Flight Record and Flight Certificate”) and other check ride evaluation forms (Originals only).
3. Form 7122-R (“Crew Member Training Record”) (One copy).

Navy, Marines
“Flight Personnel Designation Record” (One copy).
“USN Fitness Report and Counseling Record”/”USMC Fitness Report” for ALL evaluation periods (One copy).
“NATOPS Evaluation Report” (One copy).
“Mishap/Flight Violation Record” (One copy).
Coast Guard
“Standardization and SAR Checks” (One copy).
“Flight Personnel Designation Record” (One copy).
“Annual Flight Time Summary” (One copy).
“Officer Evaluation Report” (One copy).
The question always comes up about Set 2. Bottom line: make a front/back copy of everything listed and write "Copy" on it. Keep the originals in your suit jacket pocket or somewhere close by in case your copy is not legible for their purposes. Regarding the different licenses, if you have just an ATP, no CFI, A & P, etc, it is only your ATP license card. If you have those other things, bring a copy of that too.

Quote: Curious if anyone has done an online meet with a recruiter. I was able to secure a spot for June and would like feedback if this has expedited hiring the process or even a top tier email..
I did the virtual meet and greet a few weeks ago and it seemed to go well. No top tier or fix-it yet.

Quote: Did you get a class date yet? Im just curious how long the current wait is from interview/CJO/class. Thanks.
I received a June 19 class date yesterday. So about 10 days from CJO to class assigned.

Quote: congrats! You had a long wait iirc. Welcome to the family.
thanks! Yeah, just over a year from submitted to starting indoc with a AON detour along the way. All’s well that ends well!

Quote: For those who didn’t pass the assessment on the first attempt, and subsequently got the interview, did you answer yes or no for the app addendum question “Have you ever been interviewed or tested with Delta or Northwest?”
yes. I included the date I first took the AON test on that part of the addendum.

I did mine today, told me it was going for an application review, than should receive a “top tier” email if I was competitive, after previously telling me I was. Never mentioned how long turn around time was on whole process. Not sure if you were told the same.
