You have to check on their facebook recruiting page. Usually they post it on the first week on the months and it fills up very very quick. I missed it for May, then in June I saw the post 20 minutes after it was posted and 90% of the slots were filled.

Set a reminder for their posts would be my advice

Thanks for the info guys. I'm pretty much at a loss for what to do at this point. 4500 hours, 99% of it ME turbine, prior military, corporate, super clean record, multiple internal recs, update the app every week with new times, etc. Used Raven to scrub my app and implemented recommendations. Even they were perplexed given my background and record. Was in the middle of applying to AA a couple of days ago, wasn't even done with the app and got an email the same day saying my app has moved up and got the invite to take the assessment. Showed that to my wife and we both just started laughing, can't make rhyme or reason to any of this. Guess I'll just keep plugging away and keep the fingers crossed. Delta is the priority for family and location. Will try to get on the meet n greet schedule for July. Good luck to you folks. Cheers!

Just keep your stuff updated and hope for the best. I’m sure they are completely slammed with apps. I can second the same thing about AA Becuase the exact same thing happened to me. Recruiter told me today it could take a very long time to hear back. I would definitely say get yourself in for a virtual (or in person) meet and greet. I will keep this thread updated, but I hope it has helped trigger a top tier. I have about 1/2 your time, but Turbine PIC and 135 management.

Keep us posted !!

Delta is the only company I've seen which does military/veteran-only meet-n-greets. Two so far this year: Jax, FL in March and D.C. in May. That's probably your best bet: they don't sell out as fast, and military-friendly recruiters.

I think with AA’s new app; you literally get the assessment invite as soon as you start it, since it was previously “part” of pilotcredentials. UA actually does military Meet & Greets, but I don’t think they currently advertise anywhere publically, but I’ll bet that changes. I know they had one at MCAS Miramar on Friday. For the ex-military guy, do you have anything weird in your record? Something that one of the Delta app reviewer people would frown on? When I interviewed at DAL, they said they had retired Capt’s that personally comb through the apps. I feel like there has to be something, I applied in March, have a bit more time than you, but didn’t wait long at all? Either way, good luck, keep updating it.

They didn't mention anything. I waited until I had been scheduled for indoc class to provide my notice.

jetBlue does a “Vets in Blue” event, once a year I believe.

Good question. Thanks for the reply! The only blip is that I failed my last T-38 checkride all the way back in 2000, re-accomplished it very next day w/ zero downgrades and UPT complete. Nothing for the last 23 years. The only thing I can think of is that I initially filled out the app on airline apps a few years ago, but dropped it because I had an immediate job offer, and seeing that the majors (pre-COVID) were not to keen on somebody having not flown the last 2 years, I went another direction for currency and recency. Maybe because I stopped the app and quit updating until recently that my app was sent into some purgatory folder never to see the light of day. I've asked numerous companies and smart folks about that one UPT checkride failure ages ago and overwhelmingly they said it "should" not be a factor at all. Who knows.

Is DL denying people over the MMPI or is it being used like the hogan at UA where it’s just a part of the entire picture/decision?

You’ve got to get past the test to get an interview… So, yes. Many great folks have gone to UA, AA, and SWA because they don’t meet whatever standard is set.
