I am going to ask a couple of very specific questions about documents for the interview, that I am likely way overthinking because of pre-interview nerves.
1) They say (separately) to bring both your pilot certificates and your ATP certificate. I assume the pilot certificates are for folks without an ATP, surely they don't want me bringing old cert cards, right?
2) It says to label your documents as "original" and "copy." I can't think of any of these documents where it wouldn't be apparent which is the original vs copy. I guess my DD-214. For that I figured a tab and a label gun, and leave the rest?
3) Planning to bring an accordion folder with all the documents separated into the different tabs. Is that pretty typical?
4) I had my college transcript mailed to me, but it just came in a UPS envelope, I assume there isn't a package inside with the "registrar's seal" like the email said is preferred. Should I give them the unopened UPS envelope, or have the university email me the transcripts instead?
Thanks!

2) I labeled OPRs and my Form 8s as "copies." The originals were in their green USAF folder. Most of the other things were clearly copies vs originals.
3) This is a good idea. The first 10 minutes or so are spent putting things in the correct original/copy set 1/set 2 pile. Don't forget your signed psych authorization form.
4) If the outside of the envelope gives you a warm fuzzy that it's from your college, I'd leave it sealed. I ordered a new set from my undergrad because the "from" address was for Parchment, not the university, so it wasn't super clear which school it came from. Didn't want to surprise them with my high school transcript by accident.

I’m just thinking worst case. When I submitted for mine, I got an initial letter from my university (in a FedEx envelope) saying they couldn’t provide me with my transcript because I had an unpaid parking ticket. It turned out to be untrue (I had graduated and moved away for two years by the time the ticket was issued), but walking into the interview with something like that would be straight out of a sitcom.

I think I saw the Hilton mentioned somewhere in here, that being said is it the the best to stay at for the interview? The Renaissance is about $50 cheaper. Looks like they’re both walkable, opinions welcomed…

You can’t go wrong with either I’m sure. Also look at the Embassy, it seems to be the closest (easy walk to the center) and it’s pretty new.

Good question. Thanks for the reply! The only blip is that I failed my last T-38 checkride all the way back in 2000, re-accomplished it very next day w/ zero downgrades and UPT complete. Nothing for the last 23 years. The only thing I can think of is that I initially filled out the app on airline apps a few years ago, but dropped it because I had an immediate job offer, and seeing that the majors (pre-COVID) were not to keen on somebody having not flown the last 2 years, I went another direction for currency and recency. Maybe because I stopped the app and quit updating until recently that my app was sent into some purgatory folder never to see the light of day. I've asked numerous companies and smart folks about that one UPT checkride failure ages ago and overwhelmingly they said it "should" not be a factor at all. Who knows.

You are correct that you have to pass the online test before getting the interview invite, but the MMPI isn’t part of that.
