I too plan on applying after having my application reviewed however I wouldn't mind some feedback on my hours in terms of what I could expect. Big picture I'm trying to figure out if Delta would be interested right away or after I build more TT hours which would mean I would need to accept a job at another 121 carrier. My hours are:
1600TT
1000 PIC
1100 fixed wing turbine
1000 hours F18, 300 high performance military trainers, 200 general aviation
Did anyone with similar experience recently apply / what was the result?
Again I'll apply as soon as I complete the CTP course with Delta in August but just trying to manage expectations.
Thank you

You’ll be fine because of your military background; if you were civilian only I’d say you may need some more TT from historical reference. I’m not sure why you’d pay someone to review your App; there are literally hundreds of recent new-hire military applicants that you probably know. Ask for theirs, get an idea of “what” to put “where” and save the $$. Hint, every PCS is a job, every qual (OCS/API/SL/DL/CRM-F/FCF/etc) has some education component to it and should be placed as such. Good luck!

I can count on both hands the number of people I know currently with CJOs from Delta, all of which have near identical qualifications and backgrounds as I do. Do I get the recommendation to have your app reviewed, 100%. But I’m willing to bet Hitch18 is the same way, and TBH it’s just easier to reference someone’s app who already had it scrubbed. I say this because that’s what I did, and actually found just a single mistake in the app I used, and the guy already works for Delta so HR didn’t catch it either. It worked for me; not saying it will for everyone, but the offer was made to me by my peers, I’m sure many others out there will do the same thing. I saved my money for interview prep.

I’ve know a couple guys who said “I’ll just look at my friend’s app”. They never got a call from Delta. As soon as they got a review, people started calling, but their app had already been scored and was at the bottom of the stack. It is well known Delta puts emphasis on attention to detail in their app.
We are talking about a couple hundred dollars to put you in the best position to secure a career that’s going to pay you 6-9 million dollars.
Put yourself in the best position. Get a review done.

This.
Of course there are anecdotal examples to the contrary. Not only for the app, but for the interview. Some pilots, perhaps with offers from other airlines they intend to go to anyway, who take an interview with no prep of any kind and get that offer as well.
Does that mean prep doesn't help? The expense involved is nothing and what's at stake is the opportunity of a lifetime for most. Why cheap out for a couple hundred dollars?

A few questions about documents for the interview…. email says to not stable/bind/tab any documents, and obviously that would include logbooks. Is this how most people have gone in with them?
And also - it says to seperate and label originals and copies. Between the documents in set 1 and set 2, I was thinking about coming with manilla folders separating originals and copies and both sets. Any other way to do this? Thanks in advance.
