Most Junior FO in base as of the September 2022 Vacancy award. This isn't effective until November 1st, but keep in mind training is running > 4 mos, so May and later awards are effectively new hire bases when considering IOE footprint adding another 1 month plus with delays. How long is the training footprint for airframe transitions after a seat lock? Is it similar in length to initial new hire training or is it considerably shorter due to not needing to repeat basic company indoc?

Indoc is just one week. The rest is the same, same delays too.
