Make the penalty a multiplier of their non compliance. The current measurement period is a joke and needs to be fixed as well.

Am I alone in that I did not think for a single second that the kitten picture in question was actually posted by index? I knew right away Bar had added it. It seemed pretty clear to me and I didn't think someone was 'lying'. I sure as heck wasn't deceived. Heck, the original post was only 4 posts prior on the same page and when you click on the link to take you to the original post by index it is clear that the pic wasn't part of the original.

This seems much ado about nothing. Not far removed from what happened to Carl. I certainly hope he is back to join us in the very near future. While I often don't agree with him, he's entertaining none the less.

And what's up with the ALPA reference. Really? This seems to be about online personalities. ALPA/DALPA doesn't have squat to do with this.

buzzpat. I tried to search him on blades, shaving, razor but didn't get a hit, however he and 2 or 3 other guys had a good talk on this... I almost started ordering them. My impression is that their supplier of choice sounded better than what you're talking about here. Maybe PM him.

Thanks for the replies. As previously mentioned, I wasn't as satisfied with the (mail-order) Dollar Shave Club blades, as I was with the (too expensive) Gillette Fusion blades.
