If you take a greenslip on a carryover trip that straddles off days in a month you have a line but x days in the following month on reserve does the flying on x days get treated as reserve GS pay (over guarantee) and additional x days or does it just get treated as flying on x days with credit towards guarantee ? Thanks

If the GS is on X or * days it pays above guarantee and you get PB days applied to your soonest on call days following the trip. The portion on the line holder month pays double no credit (assuming you hit the trigger) for block flown. All credit pays on the last day.
So 400 flight delays today with a majority of those delays due to "no staffing". I get it that yesterday ATL was hit with weather but if this is an indication of how things will go the rest of the year when we have 3-4-5 days of thunderstorms in a row...well...i'll say a prayer.

thank the 4th floor decision makers. United at least kept their at risk of furlough pilots current after they came to their No Furlough agreement. We will be short staffed indefinitely.

Many flights were also delayed due to no FA staffing as well.

This airline runs on barebone staffing on a good day. They say they'll do better next time but each time it's the same garbage.
For reference this is what some of us were worried about. This is how you screw up the revenue side of the equation, and it's horrifying. I'm worried you end up losing market share through simple lack of staffing (incompetence) and there's no market niche for that. Our customers may forgive us a little, we will see.

Last week I had to call reservations about a ticket... 5 hour wait for an agent. I got wrong information so I had to call back a few days later - the wait was down to 3 hours... so, it's improving I guess?

Absolute calamity, and completely self induced.

I don't know why Ed isn't insisting on the people in charge of Reservations get the wait times down. Why you make people who want to give you money wait is beyond me. It's not just me, my neighbor mentioned it to me as well - he had to call in because of companion pass and something else, couldn't do it online. Agent was able to do it.

I think this time it’s flight attendants. We had ours getting rerouted all day. One came through the printer right as we were parking at the gate. They were moved to a flight that was already 30+ minutes late right at that time, and of course they still had to deplane our pax, go 3 terminals over, etc. Scanned the boards and many flights in ATL were delayed 30-90 minutes. Several were delayed 4+ hours.
