That's 18 more upgrades available for the Jet for December!!!! Highly recommend folks with 1,000 hours part 121 SIC make the jump to CommutAir. Get a $15,000 bonus and move directly to the left seat at $63.95/HR.

You would think that anyone FO's at ExpressJet that are based in EWR would be all over this.

IAD only has the 145's and EWR only has the Dash for now.

As I understand it, you will upgrade in Indoc if you have the hours.

18 just for the 145 bid. There are also 10 dash bids for December. So basically an entire newhire class upgrade

You will upgrade immediately with 1000 121 time and can hold IAD ERJ.

Also, I was told they are changing the training footprint. If you can hold CA during indoc, you will go directly to the CA system and sims for the ERJ. In about 3 months you will be on CA pay is what they are telling new hires now.

We are done. And no one had received an upgrade to my knowledge. 26 in class. Only four with zero 121 time. Many have the time to upgrade. Those of us in the jet know we go to systems on the 31st, but beyond that they have given us no schedule.
