Reserve jet captains are timing out monthly right now. I don't think they'll have a problem getting the time.

I think it would also depend on class seniority/vacancies. Last vacancy bid had 10 captain positions on the Dash; 5 each IAD/EWR. It's possible those could go to new-hires, too.
