The KSAs are asking for specific situations and accomplishments that you can briefly explain. The more/briefer, usually the better. They are reviewed by HR people, not pilots, unless you make the list and get referred to a hiring manager. I suggest looking for books that are intended to help people write about themselves and answer such questions, there are a lot out there and the writing exercise really starts to open up your brain so you can recall all of the things you've done that apply.Originally Posted by doneandout
