I am in the ANG and instructing in the F-16 with 1400+ hours. My goal is to get hired by a Major Airline and become a DSG.

That's a relief. It's a little bit of a scary prospect, big cash outlay, no certain job at the end either.

I have only done 4 hours although I really enjoyed it, the theory has bogged me down and has me thinking whether I am really cut out to be a pilot.
