I’d say just on your resume is fine. But, I’m not really looped in (and I’d bet most in here aren’t, as interview selection is mostly an HR function now).

Can’t you attach extra documents in your profile? Type them up in a nice pdf and upload it there.

A separate document that is solely for listing volunteer experience, when there’s a perfectly good opportunity to include it in an attached resume and cover letter? Never heard of that approach, but I guess it’s one technique.

List under your work experience in the application. Just specify that it’s volunteer work.

If you're not confident in your resume (or even if you are), pay for professional assistance. There are plenty of services out there that help you put out a great product. I recommend Raven Consulting, just because that's who I used, and I liked what they did. (I also used someone else first, and wouldn't recommend them...). It can be expensive on the surface, but you're investing in your career.

How is new hire training? I have a class date coming up and I am wondering how it compares to regional and lcc training. If you struggle will you get an extra session if you have a good attitude and work hard? Thanks.
