Did anyone on here ever go through OO’s pilot pathway program before being hired? I’m curious mostly about the company’s claim that you can “start building company seniority” (see APF’s profile of OO for the quote...). How does that work and seniority for what?

Is it worth signing up for? Any downside?

Company seniority - pass travel, vacation, etc. It’s basically a DoH for all or most of the benefits shared by every employee. Has no impact on pilot seniority or pay, you get none of that until Indoc.

Worth signing up?
Depends on the individual. If you intend on going to OO, it definitely won’t hurt you. It may even help you get a class date sooner and some interview prep.
If OO is just on a short list, may not be worth the effort and time.

I have tried for recruiting and haven’t heard anything. It’s been a year and I’ve sent multiple emails and did a “formal” application

Default Travel Benefits per base...

Is there a way I can look up what partners we fly for per base? Specifically on the 175...
I know I should know this but I don’t...
Thanks.

Are DFW and ORD the only bases that come with AA benefits on the CRJ?

Thanks! Also, after looking at the seniority list on the company website it looks like there are several bases with sub 2 year upgrades. I understand those numbers came from people with previous 121/135 time, but for someone with zero 121 time is a sub 2 year upgrade still possible?

Huh? This isn't even remotely correct.
